  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Clipboard Health, you will be an indispensable component of the marketplace, ensuring the continued success of partnerships between Clipboard and its healthcare facility customers by delivering an optimal experience at every level of the client’s organization.
  • • Day to day, you will own a book of business, routinely speaking with assigned accounts, solving issues as they arise, helping customers stay current on invoices, establishing credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives, articulating the value proposition to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, capturing feedback from prospects to share with product teams, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives.
  • • Clipboard Health is a fast-growing Series C marketplace and a YC Top Company with a global, remote team of 1,000+ people, profitable since 2022, filling millions of shifts annually across the U.S. and expanding into new verticals like Dental and Home Health while building a full-time product.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong business acumen, sharpen your problem-solving and communication skills, grow your ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, and make a meaningful impact by helping professionals turn extra time into career growth and financial opportunity.
