- • As a Customer Success Manager at Gamma Labs Inc., you will transform grassroots product love into thriving team and enterprise accounts, owning the full customer lifecycle for a dynamic portfolio on the East Coast, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises, ensuring every account realizes the full value of AI-powered content creation and becomes a long-term advocate for the platform.
- • You will own customer health, gross retention, and net dollar retention by designing onboarding and training programs that create Gamma champions, navigating complex stakeholder relationships, running executive business reviews that quantify impact, and partnering with Sales to convert high-potential accounts while building playbooks and scaled programs to keep pace with Gamma's growth.
- • You will join a team with a strong in-office culture working 4–5 days per week in San Francisco, contributing to the establishment of Gamma's early East Coast presence in New York by helping shape the culture and pace of the team through collaboration and creativity.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in driving customer expansion, mastering executive-level business reviews, building scalable customer success operations, and influencing product direction through customer feedback, positioning yourself as a strategic leader in AI-powered SaaS customer success.
