- • As a Customer Success Manager at Henry Schein One, you will drive customer adoption, value realisation, retention and growth across our PMS solutions, helping dental practices operate efficiently and deliver exceptional patient care through a digital‑first, data‑driven approach.
- • You will lead strategic business reviews, monitor customer health using dashboards and alerts, develop standardised success plans, capture sentiment via NPS and feedback loops, deliver digital education programs, promote best practice adoption, collaborate with Product teams, activate customer advocacy, foster peer‑to‑peer learning, maintain accurate CRM records, analyse Academy engagement trends, and attend trade shows or events as required, with regular planned meet‑ups at the Head Office despite the remote role.

- • Experience with webinar or digital‑education platforms (e.g., Zoom, HubSpot Academy, Articulate)
