- • As a Customer Success Manager at Guidewire Software, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to InsuranceSuite customers, driving engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring customers maximize the value of their Guidewire investments and become enthusiastic advocates.
- • Day to day, you will develop strategic account plans, lead executive engagements, identify expansion opportunities, coach junior team members, and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and internal strategy.
- • You will join a high-performing Customer Success team at Guidewire, a trusted platform used by over 540+ P&C insurers globally, where innovation, curiosity, and responsible AI use are encouraged to help customers achieve their business goals.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise customer strategy, executive engagement, and value-based selling while developing leadership skills through mentoring peers and influencing cross-functional initiatives that shape product roadmaps and customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, sales, technology consulting, or a related role
- • Knowledge of the P&C insurance space, industry trends, challenges, and the fundamental economics of insurance companies
- • Ability to build and manage C-suite relationships at customer organizations
- • Executive leadership and communication experience, including defining vision, building persuasive business cases, establishing credibility, resolving conflict, and eliciting honest feedback
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives or accounts simultaneously under pressure
- • Willingness to travel as needed to client locations, industry events, and company initiatives
