- • As a Customer Success Manager at Sift Science, you will drive adoption and partner with customers as a trusted advisor to unlock value from Sift’s Digital Trust & Safety solutions, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will understand customer business needs, demonstrate Sift’s value through strategic reviews, act as a product expert, advocate for customers internally, contribute to product documentation, and manage your book of business with a focus on retention and growth.
- • You will join a creative, cross-functional team of product experts who serve as the voice of the customer, bridging business and technical challenges while maximizing customer value across global industries.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fraud prevention and SaaS platforms, sharpen your consultative and data-driven communication skills, and develop strategic influence across customer organizations—from technical teams to the C-suite.
