📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at Surgimate, you will own customer outcomes by ensuring clients understand, adopt, and realize measurable value from the Surgimate platform, directly impacting client success in the digital health space.
• • Day to day, you will define success criteria with customers, track progress against goals, proactively identify adoption gaps, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, serve as the primary point of contact, conduct training and business reviews, monitor account health, drive retention, and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• • Surgimate is an enterprise SaaS company revolutionizing surgical scheduling through its integrated platforms—Surgimate, ImplantBase, and openDoctor—operating as a remote-first team with R&D centers in Israel and India, committed to improving healthcare outcomes through innovation and collaboration.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare workflows, strengthen your strategic advisory and relationship management skills, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, and contribute to scalable customer success processes while growing alongside a mission-driven team.
