- • The Customer Success Manager (Adobe Practice) drives client relationship management, value measurement execution, and stakeholder engagement to maximize business outcomes and demonstrate measurable value throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- • Day to day, the role involves translating client business objectives into value realization roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, defining success metrics and ROI tracking, conducting client workshops, and producing value realization documentation such as success plans, adoption metrics, and executive dashboards.
- • Acxiom is a global leader in data-driven marketing and customer intelligence, delivering consulting services that help clients unlock value from their data; the Adobe Practice focuses on enabling clients to realize maximum value from their Adobe technology investments through strategic advisory and implementation support.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in value realization methodologies, strengthen client advisory and stakeholder management skills, gain experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight, and contribute to long-term strategic partnerships by driving adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes for clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in client-facing roles in consulting or agency settings
- • Experience with Value Realization methodologies, ROI measurement, or business outcome tracking
- • Proven ability to conduct client workshops and stakeholder sessions to define success criteria and value metrics
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- • Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) and measurement tools
- • Bachelor’s Degree Desired
