  • • The Customer Success Manager for Ads Solutions at OpenAI supports advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on the advertising platform, serving as a trusted advisor to help partners achieve business objectives while ensuring responsible platform use.
  • • Day to day, the role involves owning relationships with advertising partners, guiding them through onboarding and campaign launches, analyzing performance data to provide actionable recommendations, identifying expansion opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations, surfacing advertiser feedback for product improvements, and building scalable processes for the advertising ecosystem.
  • • The Ads Solutions team partners with advertisers to understand their needs and inform product development that drives revenue growth and long-term success, all while upholding user trust and platform integrity in alignment with OpenAI’s mission of responsible AI adoption.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in digital advertising strategy, client relationship management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-moving AI company, gaining experience in scaling advertising ecosystems and contributing to responsible platform growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting, or a related client-facing role
  • • Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment
  • • Comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations
  • • Experience with data querying (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets)
  • • Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
