- • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising partners, managing end-to-end relationships from onboarding through long-term growth on OpenAI’s advertising platform.
- • Guide advertisers through the onboarding process and campaign launches, ensuring smooth adoption of OpenAI’s ads products and alignment with their business objectives.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to deliver clear, actionable recommendations that improve advertising outcomes and maximize return on investment.
- • Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement through increased product adoption, higher ad spend, and new use cases within OpenAI’s platform.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations teams to resolve advertiser issues, streamline processes, and enhance platform value.
- • Collect, synthesize, and surface advertiser feedback and behavioral insights to inform product roadmap decisions and long-term platform strategy.
- • Build and scale standardized processes, playbooks, and best practices to support efficient growth of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem.
- • Maintain strong adherence to platform integrity standards and user trust principles while driving advertiser success and revenue growth.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex platform capabilities into strategic business recommendations.
- • Operate with ownership and accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and high expectations for performance.
- • Ensure all interactions and communications reflect OpenAI’s commitment to responsible AI deployment and ethical advertising practices.
- • Maintain fluent, professional communication in both English and Spanish across all client interactions, documentation, and internal collaboration.
- • Contribute to the development of scalable frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality customer success experiences across a growing base of advertisers and agencies.
- • Work remotely as part of a distributed team, coordinating across time zones and cultural contexts to deliver seamless support to U.S.-based advertising partners.
- • Document partner progress, challenges, and successes to inform internal reporting, risk assessment, and strategic planning efforts.
- • Proactively monitor advertiser health metrics and intervene early to prevent churn and drive retention.
- • Leverage data querying tools (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets) to extract, analyze, and visualize campaign performance trends for strategic decision-making.
- • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling proprietary advertiser data and OpenAI’s internal systems.
