- • As a Customer Success Manager at Spellbook Legal Inc., you will be the primary advocate for mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the AI-powered contract drafting and review platform, directly contributing to customer retention and expansion in a high-growth legal tech company.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, leading onboarding and training, conducting quarterly business reviews, analyzing usage data to drive engagement and ROI, managing renewals, coordinating upsell opportunities with the expansion team, troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with support and product teams, and providing customer feedback to improve the product.
- • Spellbook is a well-funded legal AI startup backed by Khosla Ventures, Thomson Reuters Ventures, and others, having raised over $80 million in total funding. The company serves more than 4,000 law firms and in-house teams, offering an AI copilot that integrates directly into Microsoft Word to accelerate contract work by up to 10x.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS customer success within the legal technology space, strengthen your consultative sales and objection-handling skills, gain experience driving retention and expansion in enterprise accounts, and grow your ability to translate product usage into measurable business outcomes for clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in a SaaS startup
- • Proven success managing mid-market and enterprise accounts
- • Strong sales acumen and objection-handling skills
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- • Experience creating QBRs and email campaigns to engage customers
- • Data-savvy, able to generate insights and demonstrate ROI
