- • As a Customer Success Manager at HackerOne, you will own a portfolio of customers, driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term value by partnering closely with them to understand their goals and guide them in maximizing the value of HackerOne’s platform.
- • You will manage customer accounts proactively, identify risks and opportunities, build scalable workflows using automation and an AI-first mindset, and use data-driven decision making to monitor account health and inform strategies for retention and expansion.
- • HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), uniting agentic AI with the world’s largest community of security researchers to deliver measurable, continuous reduction of cyber risk for enterprises trusted by industry leaders like Goldman Sachs, Uber, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
- • You will develop expertise in customer success within a high-impact cybersecurity SaaS environment, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and achieve measurable outcomes in customer retention, adoption, and satisfaction while growing your professional impact in a mission-driven, inclusive culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS or technology environments
- • Experience managing customer relationships and supporting renewals or retention strategies
- • Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to analyze customer data to inform decisions
- • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex concepts clearly
