📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Manager at Luminovo, you will own a portfolio of accounts in the electronics supply chain space, turning customers into long-term, growing partnerships by understanding their operations and guiding them toward better outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new customers, driving product adoption, conducting quarterly business reviews, monitoring health scores, managing renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase net revenue retention.
- • You will work within a collaborative, international team at a growth-stage company that builds AI-powered software for the electronics industry, with headquarters in Munich and Berlin and a remote-first culture spanning multiple global locations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS customer success, revenue expansion, and the electronics manufacturing industry, while influencing product direction through structured customer feedback and gaining exposure to AI-driven innovation in a mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, with ownership of retention and expansion targets
- • Comfortable leading revenue-related conversations and managing pipeline activities to drive growth
- • Fluency in both German and English, essential for engaging with customers and internal teams across regions
