- • As a Customer Success Manager EMEA at Notabene Global Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction across the EMEA region by owning the post-sales journey and acting as a trusted advisor to clients in the digital finance and compliance space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full customer lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell—while building long-term relationships with stakeholders, monitoring customer health metrics, delivering product guidance, and contributing to internal strategy through customer insights and feedback.
- • You will join a fast-growing, globally distributed team of nearly 50 employees across 14 countries, backed by leading investors including Y Combinator and DRW, working at the forefront of infrastructure that enables secure, efficient digital financial services between regulated institutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Travel Rule compliance, crypto and fintech markets, and enterprise SaaS dynamics, while sharpening your strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to influence cross-functional teams as the voice of the customer.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the Cryptocurrency, FinTech, RegTech, or complex technical SaaS environments
- • Proven experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and upsell
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMBs to enterprise-level accounts
- • Experience contributing to the development of customer success processes, resources, and best practices
- • Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated industries and environments
