📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Vercel, you will drive consumption growth across enterprise accounts by ensuring deep adoption of Vercel’s platform across teams, workloads, and use cases — directly impacting revenue through strategic expansion rather than renewal management.
• • Day to day, you will own consumption targets, build executive relationships with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, lead Executive Business Reviews to uncover expansion opportunities, design hackathons and discovery sessions to drive technical adoption, orchestrate cross-functional resources (Solutions Engineering, Product, Support), and maintain structured engagement cadences with clear tracking of usage and stakeholder activity.
• • Vercel is the company behind Next.js, v0, and the AI SDK, empowering companies like PayPal, Supabase, and Under Armour to build for the AI-native web. The EMEA Customer Success team is a strategic lever in Vercel’s revenue engine, working in clear swim lanes with Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition while you focus on growing existing enterprise footprint.
• • In this role, you will develop mastery in enterprise technology adoption, executive influence, and cross-functional orchestration — gaining the ability to drive large-scale platform transformation, shape long-term infrastructure strategy with engineering leaders, and build repeatable motions for consumption growth that combine technical insight with commercial acumen.
