- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Heidi Health, you will own the full lifecycle of complex healthcare customers, driving measurable clinical and operational outcomes while expanding Heidi’s footprint across multi-site enterprises.
- • You will manage a portfolio of 3 to 6 large hospital systems or health networks (250+ users each), overseeing parallel workstreams across implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal within the same account.
- • You will partner with Account Executives on pre-sales, expansion, and renewal, maintaining end-to-end ownership of the customer journey from pilot to long-term partnership.
- • You will build executive relationships with C-suite leaders, clinical teams, IT, and operations, tailoring engagement to stakeholder priorities while driving change through structured training, coaching, and risk management.
- • You will develop account plans aligned to customer goals, run multi-site rollouts with formal governance, prove value using KPIs, and contribute to scalable playbooks for enterprise success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing the full customer lifecycle (pre-sales, implementation, adoption, expansion, renewal) in enterprise accounts, preferably in healthcare or healthtech.
- • Demonstrated success in driving measurable clinical and operational outcomes through structured change management and user adoption initiatives.
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, and dependencies across complex, multi-site deployments.
- • Commercial acumen including experience in renewal negotiations, expansion strategy, pricing discussions, and contributing to net revenue retention (NRR).
- • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, IT, and operations stakeholders.
- • Self-starter with bias for action, comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining ownership and accountability.
