- • As a Customer Success Manager in Enterprise Alliances at Equifax, you will optimize the customer experience lifecycle, drive post-sales implementation, and ensure clients realize expected value from solutions while fostering adoption and retention.
- • Day to day, you will proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals; act as the connecting thread between internal teams and customers; create customer success plans; monitor customer health; educate clients on business value; partner with Account Executives for quarterly business reviews; and utilize voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps.
- • You will join Equifax’s US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit, specifically the Enterprise Alliances and Channel Partners sales team, collaborating with bright minds to make a meaningful impact in a company where you can power your possible.
- • In this role, you can develop advanced customer success strategies, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, drive measurable retention and advocacy outcomes, and grow into a trusted adviser who influences both client success and internal product direction.
