- • As a Customer Success Manager for European Universities (Medical Doctor) at Amboss Technologies, you will serve as the primary liaison between Amboss and medical schools across Europe, ensuring institutions derive maximum value from their Amboss subscriptions through strategic partnership, curriculum integration, and data-driven support.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with deans, faculty, and educators to understand their teaching needs, training them on effective Amboss integration into curricula, analyzing student and faculty usage data in collaboration with the data team, and providing tailored guidance to improve learning outcomes and platform adoption across your assigned portfolio of universities.
- • You will join Amboss Technologies, a global leader in medical education technology used by over 2 million medical students and physicians in more than 180 countries, dedicated to transforming how medicine is taught and learned through AI-powered clinical decision support and evidence-based knowledge tools.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical education innovation, develop strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, gain experience in data-informed customer success strategies, and contribute meaningfully to improving how future physicians learn and apply medical knowledge—all while maintaining a close connection to medicine without clinical practice.
