  • • As a Customer Success Manager for the MEA region at Camunda, you will serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, aligning Camunda’s enterprise agentic automation platform with their business goals to drive retention, expansion, and long-term satisfaction.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing customer success plans tied to KPIs and stakeholders, building trust-based relationships across customer journeys, collaborating with Sales, Consulting, Support, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize value and influence product roadmap, and acting as a Customer Success Champion to promote customer-centricity across the organization.
