- • As a Customer Success Manager (Gen AI Workflows) at Jellyfish, you will operationalise Generative AI for enterprise marketing teams by codifying, embedding, and scaling AI workflows using Pencil Pro and Share of Model, moving clients from ad-hoc experimentation to industrial-scale adoption to prove Gen AI builds brands better, faster, and cheaper.
- • Day to day, you will architect Gen AI playbooks, drive adoption of Pencil Pro into creative and media teams’ daily workflows, conduct strategic QA on AI outputs, align stakeholders across client organisations, deliver ROI analysis to prove value, identify expansion opportunities, and feed Australian market feedback to product teams to shape the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 Years in High-Growth SaaS or AdTech managing enterprise accounts at a top-tier SaaS company, performance marketing agency, or digital transformation consultancy
- • Hybrid background with understanding of both marketing briefs (agency side) and software deployment (SaaS side)
- • Proven track record of client retention and expansion through identifying upsell opportunities via usage data
- • Workflow architect experience deconstructing messy human processes and rebuilding them into software-defined workflows
- • Prompt literacy with sophisticated understanding of prompting LLMs and diffusion models, able to distinguish bad output from bad prompt and coach clients
- • Data-driven storytelling ability to turn Share of Model analytics into coherent strategy that convinces CMOs to shift budget
- • Challenger mentality to correct client misconceptions about AI tools and steer them toward scalable generation
- • Executive presence to engage CMOs and Creative Directors, translating technical concepts into business value
- • Change management expertise navigating organisational resistance, training sceptical teams, and turning detractors into champions
