  • • As a Customer Success Manager, Growth at Vanta, you will guide customers through their security and compliance journeys using Vanta’s specialized solutions, playing a pivotal role in driving retention, value realization, and long-term success at scale.
  • • You will work 1:1 with customers across industries and stages of their journey while leveraging 1:many content to empower them to become self-sufficient Vanta champions, focusing on both immediate needs and long-term outcomes.
  • • You will monitor and prioritize your book of business using Vanta’s CS platform, Catalyst, based on key customer health indicators, and serve as the primary point of contact to drive customers toward their business goals.
  • • You will become a product expert on Vanta’s platform, including compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), Trust Reports, and Risk Management, providing technical guidance and recommending efficient paths to compliance.
  • • You will collaborate with the Growth CS team to co-create engagement plays, partner with Account Managers to flag at-risk accounts and identify expansion opportunities, and liaise with Support and Finance to resolve customer issues.
  • • You will act as the voice of the customer across functions, feeding insights to Product and broader teams to improve the platform and customer experience.
  • • You will thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment, demonstrating self-motivation, curiosity, bias for action, and a commitment to iterating and improving.
  • • You will leverage AI responsibly to enhance your effectiveness, showing judgment and a willingness to learn new tools to increase impact.
  • • You will contribute to Vanta’s mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust by enabling continuous security monitoring and verification, supporting thousands of companies in achieving real-time, transparent compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • • Background in managing a large book of business at scale
  • • Experience working in the security or compliance industry (preferred)
  • • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • • Proven ability to drive long-term customer retention and hit retention targets
  • • Self-motivated, curious, and able to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
