- • As a Customer Success Manager for the International Public Sector at Dataminr, you will be a key advocate for clients in the German public sector and Defence, ensuring they derive maximum value from the First Alert platform through training, usage assessments, and product demos to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a thought partner, conducting quarterly business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and advocating for customer needs by feeding feedback into product development.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Dataminr, a global leader in AI-powered real-time event detection, where you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like ReGenAI and Agentic AI to support clients in responding to critical events as they unfold.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in public sector operations, SaaS customer success, and AI-driven intelligence platforms, while developing strategic account management skills and contributing to Dataminr’s growth in the Defence and public sector markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with or in the German public sector and Defence, including knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis efforts by military, law enforcement, or emergency management organisations.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus 5 to 8 years of client-facing or product experience, ideally in the public sector vertical.
- • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management abilities, strong focus on client experience, and capacity to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools quickly; prior SaaS or technology-related experience is a plus.
- • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 35%, ability to operate effectively in public sector and defence environments, and eligibility to obtain required security clearance.
