- • As a Customer Success Manager at Eye Security, you’ll take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio from day one, driving long-term value and retention for clients across Europe.
- • You will lead and build relationships by owning a portfolio of customers and guiding them with tailored strategies that increase adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- • You will spot opportunities and drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep understanding of customer needs and uncovering additional value.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer, advocating internally and influencing product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences and ensure maximum impact from cybersecurity solutions.
- • You will use data to fuel decisions by tracking customer health metrics and transforming insights into actionable strategies that strengthen relationships and outcomes.
- • Eye Security provides cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations across Europe, headquartered in the Netherlands with over 170 employees and international expansion.
- • You’ll work on international projects, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for clients, alongside professionals from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role with a strong track record of driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- • Clear and confident communication in both German and English, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer conversations.
- • Highly analytical, able to turn data into actionable insights, and experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- • Customer-obsessed mindset, always seeking to understand customer challenges and help them unlock long-term value.
- • Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similar environment considered a strong plus.
