- • As a Majors Customer Success Manager at Flock Safety, you will serve as a strategic advisor and executive partner to the company’s largest and most complex customers, driving measurable outcomes and ensuring solutions align with agency goals around safety, transparency, and community impact.
- • You will balance executive engagement with day-to-day program execution, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, leading cross-functional programs, and influencing stakeholders across command staff, IT, and city leadership.
- • Flock Safety is a high-performance, low-ego team backed by nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation, dedicated to building a nationwide public-private safety network that connects law enforcement, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods through proactive crime prevention technology.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in public safety technology, strengthen your strategic account management skills, lead large-scale customer programs, and contribute to evolving customer success playbooks while making a tangible impact on community safety outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships managing enterprise-level or public sector customers
- • Ability to navigate executive-level conversations with confidence, clarity, and diplomacy
- • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from kickoff to renewal with accountability across stakeholders
- • Comfort interpreting usage data, KPIs, and adoption trends to drive insight-led engagement
- • Proven success partnering with Sales, Product, Legal, and Deployment teams in a matrixed environment
- • Public safety or security experience preferred (understanding of government operations, procurement, or public safety workflows)
