• • As a Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market) at Leap Tools Inc., you will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle for mid-size strategic customers, ensuring they achieve their goals through the Roomvo Platform while driving retention, health, and expansion metrics. This role is critical to sustaining the company’s rapid growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences that fuel long-term loyalty and advocacy.
• • Day to day, you will engage with customers to assess priorities, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate records in Customer Success software, act as a trusted advisor by understanding technical and business needs, serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams (Product, Sales, Leadership), and mentor peers across the Customer Success team while advocating for customer-driven improvements.
