- • As a Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market) at Maze Labs, you will partner with impactful customers across emerging European markets to drive adoption, deepen research maturity, and ensure renewal success by acting as a trusted advisor on user research best practices and platform utilization.
- • Your day-to-day will involve guiding customers through Maze adoption, advising on research methodologies and study design, owning renewal strategy and forecasting, identifying expansion opportunities, leading Executive Business Reviews, and serving as the Voice of the Customer to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
- • Maze is a Series B-backed, fully remote user research platform used by over 100,000 brands and 4,000 companies, including Uber, Amazon, and Atlassian, with a mission to make user insights accessible at the speed of product development through AI-powered tools and intuitive workflows.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in product-led growth, customer advocacy, and research enablement while influencing product roadmap, driving retention, and shaping how enterprises integrate continuous research into their innovation cycles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts, preferably with product, design, research, or technical audiences
- • Strong track record of owning renewals and driving retention and expansion outcomes
- • Comfortable discussing and guiding research workflows, with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders (e.g., Directors, VPs, C-suite) with confidence and strategic insight
