📋 Description

• Customer Success Manager, Scale at Clearer Group Limited is a high-impact, revenue-first role focused on driving net retention by managing a broad portfolio of eCommerce merchants using AI-powered tools to identify retention risks and cross-sell opportunities.
• Day to day, you will engage merchants via shared inbox and scalable channels, prioritize outreach based on retention impact, book consultations, route qualified leads, and extend influence through webinars, roundtables, and lifecycle campaigns while speaking daily with exciting eCommerce brands.
• Clearer Group Limited is a fast-moving eCommerce innovator building tools that enhance search, discovery, and customer engagement to empower partners, streamline operations, build trust, and drive sustainable growth in online retail.
• You will develop sharp commercial instincts and product expertise, with clear career paths to grow into a high-touch CSM, Account Manager, or Account Executive as the company scales and promotes from within.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to identify retention risks and upsell opportunities
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools and scalable engagement channels (e.g., shared inbox, webinars, campaigns)
• Excellent communication skills for daily merchant consultations and cross-functional coordination
• Data-driven mindset focused on Net Retention as a key success metric
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with self-direction and initiative
