📋 Description

• As a Customer Success Manager, Scale at Clearer Group Limited, you will drive revenue impact by managing a broad portfolio of eCommerce merchants, using AI-powered tools to prioritize outreach and protect retention or unlock cross-sell opportunities.
• Your day-to-day involves engaging merchants via shared inbox and scalable channels, identifying those needing immediate conversation, booking consultations, routing qualified leads, and extending impact through webinars, roundtables, and lifecycle campaigns — all measured against Net Retention.
• You’ll work within a global, collaborative team at clearer.io that is reimagining eCommerce through innovative apps designed to streamline operations, build trust, and drive sustainable growth for online retailers.
• This role accelerates your commercial instincts and product expertise, offering a clear career path to grow into a high-touch CSM, Account Manager, or Account Executive as the company scales and promotes from within.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to identify retention risks and expansion opportunities
• Proficiency with CRM tools, shared inboxes, and scalable engagement channels
• Excellent communication skills for daily merchant consultations and lead routing
• Ability to prioritize activities based on Net Retention impact
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with AI-augmented workflows
