- • As a Customer Success Manager (SMB) at Leap Tools Inc., you will manage the post-onboarding lifecycle for a portfolio of small and medium business customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with the Roomvo platform and driving retention, health, and expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers to assess priorities, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining accurate records in Customer Success software, advocating for customer needs internally with product, sales, and leadership teams, and sharing insights across the Customer Success organization.
