  • • As a Customer Success Manager for the Swiss market at DeepL, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer value and retention by managing a strategic portfolio of 20–25 Corporate accounts in Switzerland, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading deep-dive business reviews to demonstrate ROI to C-suite stakeholders, designing tailored onboarding experiences, guiding customers on API and advanced feature adoption, identifying expansion opportunities with Account Executives, and tracking quarterly adoption, retention, and advocacy targets.
  • • You will join DeepL’s DACH Customer Success team, a mission-driven group focused on enabling global communication through AI-powered language solutions, operating within a culture of innovation, trust, and continuous learning.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS customer success, deepen your technical understanding of AI-driven language platforms, and grow your strategic influence by shaping customer outcomes that directly impact DeepL’s market expansion in Switzerland.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French or Italian is a distinct advantage for engaging with the Swiss market.
  • • Proven experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within a scaling SaaS organization, with a track record of retaining customers and turning them into advocates.
  • • Experience working with APIs and guiding technical customers on product integration and advanced usage.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution to meet quarterly business goals.
