📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Manager at Zip, you will manage a portfolio of commercial customers across industries, driving customer success by defining business outcomes and partnering with clients to deliver continuous value through the Zip AI procurement platform.
- • Day to day, you will act as a trusted procurement advisor, educate customers on platform best practices, build relationships with key stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Privacy/Compliance teams, monitor customer health using data-driven adoption metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate business needs into product improvements.
- • Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, and Dollar Tree, having processed over $500 billion in spend and saved over $8 billion, backed by top investors including Tiger Global and Y Combinator with a $2.2 billion valuation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise procurement workflows, strengthen your strategic advisory and stakeholder management skills, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS platforms, and contribute to shaping customer success processes in a fast-growing, innovative startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS
- • Procurement experience (procurement, sourcing, or vendor management) or familiarity with procurement technologies including ERP (Netsuite, Coupa), HRIS (Workday), CLM, GRC, JIRA, or ServiceNow
- • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers
- • Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic customer portfolio
- • Creative problem-solving ability combined with attention to detail
- • Business process-oriented mindset with ability to analyze workflow efficiency using diagrams or conditional logic
