📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager specializing in U.S. Defense and Intelligence at Planet Labs, you will serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Planet’s satellite imagery and geospatial platform in critical national security missions.
• • Day to day, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with Defense and Intelligence customers, lead onboarding and training, provide hands-on platform support, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support), and act as the voice of the customer internally while representing Planet externally.
• • Planet Labs is a global space and data company operating the largest constellation of imaging satellites, delivering actionable Earth observation data to commercial, environmental, humanitarian, and government clients. The company fosters a people-centric, innovative culture with offices worldwide and a hybrid work model in Arlington, VA.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in geospatial applications for defense and intelligence, influence product development through customer feedback, manage the full customer lifecycle, and grow into a strategic advisor role with high-impact visibility across mission-critical accounts.
