- • As a Customer Success Manager at 8x8, you will serve as the quarterback and driver of account enablement, adoption, and end-user engagement for a high-volume book of business, directly impacting revenue through strong customer retention and strategic relationship management.
- • Day to day, you will maintain monthly recurring revenue by driving product adoption, own the full renewal lifecycle including forecasting and risk identification, lead account planning and customer business reviews, and develop multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across technical and business contacts.
- • You will join a global team at 8x8 that empowers CX leaders with performance insights to make smarter decisions, delight customers, and drive lasting business impact through cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS customer success methodologies, deepen your understanding of VoIP, UCaaS, and CCaaS technologies, and build a track record of achieving retention and expansion goals while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, support, product, and professional services teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of direct customer success, account management, or related experience, preferably managing a high-volume book of business
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer retention and satisfaction goals, including demonstrated experience supporting GRR/NRR targets in a SaaS environment
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess customer needs across multiple accounts and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
