  • • As a Customer Success Operations Manager at BTSE Holdings Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, retention, and expansion of API-based products for B2B and B2C clients in the global fintech and blockchain space. Your work directly contributes to client success and the scalability of BTSE’s innovative trading technologies, which are setting new benchmarks in performance and security.
  • • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for API clients, guiding them through onboarding, ensuring successful integration of API offerings, and managing ongoing relationships to drive product adoption and expansion. You will collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into improvements, monitor usage metrics, and develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and lifetime value—all without needing to write code, but requiring a strong technical understanding of API functionality.
  • • You will join BTSE Group, a leading global fintech and blockchain company renowned for pioneering trading technologies adopted across the industry. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology environments
  • • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand API functionality and engage in technical discussions with developers and product managers
  • • Proven ability to drive client adoption, retention, and expansion through relationship management and strategic guidance
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • • Experience working with B2B clients in a global or cross-cultural setting
  • • Familiarity with CRM tools, customer success platforms, or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight)
