- • As a Customer Success & Operations Specialist on the AssetHub team, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses sell proprietary assets to buyers, enabling founders and investors to recover value from their hard work—this role directly supports SimpleClosure’s mission to make business shutdowns seamless and stress-free.
- • You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for sellers, managing demand generation, deal execution, and post-sale follow-up while tracking customer progress and ensuring no opportunity is missed through proactive data monitoring and workflow optimization.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative team backed by $15M in Series A funding and recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies of 2025, working alongside cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, engineering, and product to scale AssetHub’s impact.
- • You will have the autonomy to build and optimize systems, processes, and customer experiences from the ground up—identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives that shape how AssetHub operates and scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or operations within a SaaS or startup environment (or an MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience)
- • Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing teams to achieve OKRs and unlock scalable growth
- • Strong operational mindset with detail-oriented execution balanced by strategic thinking—comfortable working independently, initiating processes, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment
