- • As a Customer Success Partner, you will partner with clients to achieve their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform, ensuring they realize measurable business impact from their learning initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will map customer business objectives, audit and analyze platform usage, review benchmarks and best practices, create action plans, coordinate technical and educational resources, and drive contract renewals by helping customers achieve desired outcomes.
- • You will join a growing, strategic Customer Success team at 360Learning, where Customer Success is a key differentiator focused on transforming L&D into business results through outcome-focused guidance and strong execution.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise customer success, deepen your ability to align learning platforms with business goals, and drive measurable upskilling impact while building long-term client partnerships in a high-visibility position.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
- • Ability to analyze platform usage data and translate insights into actionable plans
- • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with technical and educational stakeholders
- • Experience managing enterprise client relationships and driving contract renewals
- • Familiarity with L&D, upskilling, or corporate training initiatives
- • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
