- • As a Customer Success Revenue Operations Manager at MagicSchool Inc., you will own and scale the systems and data infrastructure that power the Customer Success organization, driving measurable improvements in retention visibility, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
- • Day to day, you will administer the CS tech stack (including Salesforce), build automations and workflows, write SQL queries against BigQuery to maintain reporting layers, support renewal and partner program operations, and ensure data integrity so CS teams can focus more on customer engagement and less on manual tasks.
- • MagicSchool is a fast-growing, mission-driven generative AI platform for teachers, serving over 7 million educators worldwide, committed to social impact, innovation, and equity in education through cutting-edge AI technology.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS GTM operations, strengthen your technical fluency in Salesforce and SQL, gain end-to-end visibility into customer lifecycle processes, and become a trusted operational partner to CS, Sales, Product, and Support leaders—positioning yourself for growth into senior operations or strategy roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a technical/analytical role with significant Salesforce and SQL exposure at a SaaS company
- • Proven hands-on Salesforce experience building automations and flows that move records through pipeline stages—not just configuration or reporting work
- • Demonstrated SQL capability—can pull and manipulate data from a GTM stack independently to answer operational questions
