- • As a Customer Success Specialist at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a vital role in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access financial solutions that save them time and money, directly supporting Tide’s mission to empower businesses across the UK, India, Germany, and France.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound customer communications, proactively reaching out to prospective customers exploring finance options, ensuring accurate use of CRM systems like Salesforce for data tracking, guiding customers through the funding journey, and collaborating with lenders to facilitate successful loan outcomes.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team based in Sofia, Bulgaria, contributing to a high-growth, inclusive environment where innovation and collaboration are central to delivering seamless financial solutions for SMEs.
- • In this role, you will develop strong consultative sales and customer relationship skills, gain deep expertise in financial products and SME needs, and grow your ability to drive results in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment while making a tangible impact on small business success.
