📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Specialist at Perseus Group, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with POMS Corporation’s Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) tailored for the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cell and gene therapy, and medical devices.
• • Day to day, you will serve as a trusted advisor and key liaison between customers and internal teams, leading monthly check-ins and business reviews, developing success plans and ROI analyses, monitoring engagement for retention risks, overseeing support escalations, collaborating on customer-facing resources and webinars, and partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive adoption, expansion, and product improvements.
• • You will join POMS Corporation, a leading provider of MES solutions owned by Constellation Software, with over 100 validated sites and more than 25,000 users across 15 countries, where your work directly contributes to helping life sciences manufacturers achieve compliance, control, and execution in regulated GMP facilities.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success strategy within regulated industries, strengthen your ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority, gain experience in translating customer needs into product insights, and build a track record of driving retention, expansion, and long-term value for enterprise clients in high-stakes manufacturing environments.
