- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Customer Success Specialist to lead client relationships from onboarding through renewal, serving as the main point of contact for fast-growing global companies while building a long-term remote career.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients with structured kickoff calls and milestone planning, managing timelines and automating task flows using tools like Zapier or Make, communicating proactively with clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues to keep delivery running smoothly, and supporting renewals by delivering a strong client experience.
