- • The Customer Success Specialist is a key team member of the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department, responsible for deploying software tools to customers and their employees for health care reform compliance, automated benefits enrollment, and other automation needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis, testing, training, and presenting software to customers and their employees, providing post-implementation support, and serving as a subject matter resource in customer meetings.
- • The role involves working on moderate to complex client projects, supporting assigned clients through direct and indirect means, and promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and adherence to performance standards within the department.
- • The incumbent will develop expertise in SOPs, contribute to process improvements, and gain hands-on experience with third-party software platforms used in benefits administration and HR technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- • 2-5 years of applicable software implementation experience
- • Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or ability to obtain license within one year of employment
- • Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience working with personal computer database applications
- • Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and travel for work if requested (less than 5% of the time)
