📋 Description
- • Customer Success Support Specialist (Spanish Speaking) at Hiya, Inc. is a pivotal role supporting rapid growth in Spain by resolving customer issues and helping build a scalable, AI-driven support model.
- • Day to day, you will resolve customer issues across Spanish and English markets (accounts, registrations, billing, product usage), troubleshoot problems end-to-end, decide when to solve independently vs escalate, spot patterns in customer issues, and help improve support through documentation, workflows, and automation.
- • You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams, gaining real autonomy and directly influencing product evolution based on customer feedback.
- • The role offers significant learning opportunities in SaaS support, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving at scale, and contributing to the improvement of customer experience in a fast-growing tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent Spanish + strong English
- • 1–3 years experience in SaaS or tech support
- • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce
- • Comfortable troubleshooting product issues (not just responding to tickets)
- • Basic understanding of how software works (APIs, integrations — no coding needed)
