- • This Customer Support role at Vision Service Plan (VSP) ensures accurate, timely, and efficient handling of customer inquiries across multiple channels, directly supporting organizational goals by resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to routine and complex inquiries from members, clients, providers, and business partners via phone, in-person, or internet/email; researching and resolving complaints; educating customers on product value; identifying trends; maintaining service standards; and supporting sales or claims processing as needed based on Line of Business.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in vision care products, insurance processes, and customer service excellence; gain experience in problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration; and build skills applicable to advancement within healthcare, insurance, or customer experience fields.
🎯 Requirements
- • One to two years of customer service experience handling moderate to complex inquiries in call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries
- • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously and working knowledge of MS Office package
- • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to document customer situations clearly and build rapport
