- • As a Customer Support Agent at PhotoRoom SAS, you will serve as the primary connection between millions of users and the product development team, ensuring user needs are understood and addressed to improve the overall experience.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to user queries via Intercom, identifying user needs, analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, updating internal databases with technical issue data, creating educational guidance videos, sharing feature requests with the team, following up on resolved issues, and engaging with users on public review platforms like App Store and Trustpilot.
- • PhotoRoom SAS is a remote-friendly, Y Combinator-backed company founded in 2019 that provides visual solutions for e-commerce, serving over 300 million users globally and processing more than 5 billion images annually through its mobile app, web platform, and API.
- • In this role, you will develop strong user advocacy skills, gain hands-on experience in product feedback loops, improve your technical troubleshooting abilities, and contribute directly to product improvements by bridging user insights with development teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of Customer Support experience in user-focused environments
- • Strong analytical thinking to break down complex problems into actionable solutions
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- • Collaborative and autonomous work style, comfortable solving problems independently while knowing when to seek help
- • Experience using support tools like Intercom (preferred)
