📋 Description

• • As a Customer Support Agent for Inspiration Commerce Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers of Italist and HEWI, two luxury fashion marketplaces, ensuring every interaction leaves shoppers feeling heard and valued.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound customer inquiries via email and chat through Gorgias, resolving order, return, shipping, and sizing issues, navigating Shopify and customs admin systems, maintaining accurate records, and escalating complex cases when needed.
• • You’ll join a small, tight-knit, fully remote customer support team operating across time zones, supporting global luxury e-commerce brands within a fast-growing group that has scaled from $0 to over $100M in revenue through strategic acquisitions.
