  • • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
  • • **Become a Mews Product Expert**: Develop an in-depth understanding of Mews’ solutions, including its features, functionalities, and integrations. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on how to leverage the platform to achieve their business goals, such as improving operational efficiency, increasing revenue, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • • **Deliver Exceptional Technical Support**: Provide top-tier support to customers via messaging, email, and phone, resolving technical issues with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot complex problems, escalate when necessary, and ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions to their operations.
  • • **Proactive Customer Consultation**: Go beyond reactive support by proactively consulting with customers on best practices for using Mews’ products. Identify opportunities for customers to optimize their workflows, adopt new features, and improve their overall experience with the platform.
  • • **Build Strong Customer Relationships**: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customer sites, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and reliability. Act as their “Mews person,” ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with our company.
  • • **Maintain Comprehensive Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed customer documentation, including case notes, troubleshooting guides, and best practice recommendations. Ensure this information is accessible to the broader support team to improve knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • • **Enhance Internal Knowledge Base**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Mews’ internal knowledge base by documenting common issues, solutions, and customer feedback. Help refine support processes to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times for recurring problems.
