  • • As a Customer Support Analyst at Loadsmart Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and contributing to continuous improvement in service processes within a fast-growing logistics technology company.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing Level 1 support via email, chat, and phone, accurately logging and tracking customer issues in the ticketing system, following up on open cases, identifying recurring problems, and collaborating with internal teams to improve response times and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in customer support, client service, or a related client-facing role
  • • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize and respond clearly to customer inquiries
  • • Proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and standard office productivity software
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • • Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain concepts is a plus
  • • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
