📋 Description
- • As a Customer Support Associate - French, you will help businesses in France succeed by providing empathetic, solution-focused support that saves them time and money, directly contributing to Tide’s mission of transforming small business banking.
- • Day to day, you will identify patterns in customer issues, juggle priorities to deliver timely support, resolve complex banking challenges like unfamiliar transactions or missed payments, mentor new team members, and assist with back-office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- • You will join Tide’s global support team based in Sofia, Bulgaria, part of a diverse, inclusive workforce of over 2,500 employees across multiple countries, united by a commitment to innovation, transparency, and serving SMEs with cutting-edge financial tools.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in financial customer service, strengthen cross-cultural communication in French and English, gain experience with tools like Kustomer and Jira, and grow your problem-solving and process-improvement skills while contributing to team knowledge and workflow innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent spoken and written French skills
- • Good spoken and written English skills
- • Proficiency in using industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira
- • Some experience working in customer service for the finance industry
- • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving recurring issues
