  • • The Customer Support Engineer serves as the single point of contact for internal and external customers, providing end-to-end technical support for the Resilinc Product to ensure seamless user experience and operational continuity.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving end-user help requests; analyzing data from various tables to diagnose issues; fixing minor code problems; escalating complex issues to internal teams; and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in tracking tools.
  • • Resilinc is a fully remote, mission-driven company pioneering agentic AI for supply chain risk management, recognized as a 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader, trusted by global enterprises in life sciences, aerospace, defense, high tech, and automotive to predict and mitigate disruptions before they impact operations.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep technical and customer service expertise, gain hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and data analysis, and grow into a trusted advisor who directly contributes to protecting critical global supply chains through timely, accurate support.
