- • As a Customer Support Engineer at Oscilar, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to build the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, helping banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk with AI-powered solutions.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives to drive complex sales cycles, serving as a technical expert who translates platform capabilities into tangible business outcomes for customers through discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of industry veterans from companies like Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact product strategy and customer success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, risk and compliance domains, and AI-driven decisioning systems, while developing skills in stakeholder management, technical storytelling, and influencing cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps based on real customer feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure platforms
- • Strong understanding of APIs, data workflows, and system integrations
- • Ability to navigate both technical and business conversations with credibility
- • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical wins in complex sales cycles
- • Clear and structured communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas without losing depth
