📋 Description
- • The Customer Support Engineer at Anyscale plays a crucial role in the post-sale customer journey, helping clients onboard, adopt, and grow their use of the Anyscale platform while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues end-to-end, acting as a technical advisor for key customers, participating in a follow-the-sun support model, tracking bugs and feature requests, improving internal documentation, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.
- • Anyscale is a fast-growing startup commercializing Ray, an open-source framework for scalable machine learning, backed by top-tier investors and used by industry leaders like OpenAI, Uber, and Spotify to power AI applications.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ML/AI infrastructure, distributed systems, and customer technical success while making a tangible impact on product adoption and customer success in a collaborative, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in a Machine Learning or Cloud Infrastructure role in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment
- • Proficient at developing data pipelines for training, fine-tuning and inference/serving of LLMs
- • Experience running and optimizing infrastructure for distributed ML workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS/EKS, GCP/GKE or Azure/AKS)
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills
